General information about pricing
Below is a price list for the services offered by Freja Psychiatry. Scroll further down to see prices for packages and assessments. Please note: Individual care needs vary, which means we cannot determine the exact cost of your treatment in advance. For example, some individuals may only need a few months of treatment for depression, while others may require support over several years.
Psychiatrist consultation (Specialist in Psychiatry)
Appointments are 30 minutes long. This applies to all types of consultations, including initial visits, follow-ups, in-person, and digital appointments.
Phone consultation (Specialist in Psychiatry)
Phone calls are approximately 10 minutes long. This service is only available to patients already registered with Freja Psychiatry and is used for matters that do not require a full 30-minute consultation.
Psychologist session (45 minutes)
The price applies regardless of treatment method and whether the session is in-person or digital.
Prescriptions
Prescriptions and prescription renewals.
Treatment follow-up (Nurse)
Many medication treatments require regular follow-ups to monitor blood pressure, height, weight, treatment effects, and possible side effects.
Lab testing
To ensure that your body can safely undergo the planned treatment, lab testing may be required. The type of testing depends on the treatment but often includes kidney function, liver function, thyroid hormones, alcohol, and drug screening.
ECG
Electrocardiogram – measures the electrical activity of the heart. Often required when starting certain medications.
Packages & Assessments
Start ADHD treatment
For patients starting ADHD medication for the first time or resuming treatment after a break. Includes everything needed to get started.
Transfer ADHD treatment
For patients already undergoing ADHD treatment who have completed required lab tests and ECG within the past 12 months.
ADHD assessment
Comprehensive team-based assessment for individuals who suspect ADHD.
Bipolar disorder assessment
Comprehensive team-based assessment for individuals who suspect bipolar disorder.
Assessment – reassessment of ADHD/ADD diagnosis
Comprehensive evaluation for individuals who feel they no longer meet the diagnostic criteria for their ADHD/ADD diagnosis.

How does it work?
1. ADHD assessment
We offer professional ADHD assessments. The assessment is carried out in a safe environment with experienced specialists and includes consultations, testing, and a thorough evaluation.
2. Medication treatment
We help you find the right treatment for your needs. Our psychiatrists monitor and adjust medication to ensure the best possible outcome of your treatment.
3. Prescription renewal
We make it simple and convenient to renew your prescriptions. Contact Freja Psychiatry and we’ll ensure you receive your medication without interruption, while also providing proper follow-up for your treatment.
4. Medical certificates
We issue various types of medical certificates for patients registered with Freja Psychiatry. For example, we can assist with sick leave certificates for your employer or the Swedish Social Insurance Agency.
