Terms for Booking Services at Freja Psychiatry
By booking any of our services, you as a private individual or company enter into an agreement directly with Freja Psychiatry AB, company registration number 559509-4060.

To make a booking, you must be at least 18 years old.

It is your responsibility as a customer to select the service that is relevant to you. If you are unsure, you should always contact customer support first.

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK). The services are not subject to VAT.

Accepted payment methods are card and Swish (Swish only for video appointments). Payment is made before the appointment begins. Assessments may be paid in installments, provided that you are creditworthy. Invoice payment is not offered.

The cancellation and rescheduling policy is 24 hours. In the event of a missed appointment, or if a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will be charged the cost of the booked service plus an invoice fee of SEK 99, but no more than SEK 3,099. This also applies in case of illness, unless a medical certificate can be provided.

A special cancellation and rescheduling policy of one (1) week applies to psychological testing that is part of a neuropsychiatric assessment. A missed appointment in this case will be charged SEK 7,000.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate information when booking services via the website. A booking confirmation is always sent automatically to your email.

If you do not receive a booking confirmation within 10 minutes after booking, you must contact customer support immediately.

In order for an accurate assessment to be made, the doctor must receive correct information. By accepting this agreement, you undertake to answer the doctor’s questions truthfully. No prescriptions will be issued and no diagnoses will be made without access to medical records, which means you may need to log in to 1177.se together with the doctor to complete your case. You may also need to obtain your medical records physically if you have been treated at a privately funded clinic whose records are not available in the national shared medical record system (NPÖ).

When you book an appointment with Freja Psychiatry, you are paying for the doctor’s time and professional assessment, regardless of the outcome. It is important to understand that if you do not meet the medical criteria for your intended purpose, you are not entitled to a refund, as the service is considered fully delivered.

Freja Psychiatry AB is not responsible for errors arising from deficiencies in third-party software or data systems.
